任何物品的损坏都是有一个过程的,玻璃钢储罐也是一样,也是分阶段的:

1、初步损坏时期现象

  2.要防止工具撞伤罐壁,使用梯子、金属件等于罐壁接触部分要加软质垫,保护内壁不被划裂、挫伤。

  3.玻璃钢储罐的外爬梯、护笼、护栏在攀爬前应仔细检查是否安全可靠,有异常情况严禁攀爬使用。

  4.维修时不可在罐顶随意加载,也不准在接管上施加外力。

  5.户外使用的玻璃钢储罐使用多年后会因外表层老化,造成树脂层剥落或纤维外露。建议每二、三年应在罐外表面涂刷油漆或树脂,以防老化,延长使用寿命。

  在维修过程中,尤其要注意安全问题,一定要在检查好所有的设备后才能对玻璃钢储罐进行进行维修。

When entering the FRP tank for maintenance, all feed valves should be closed, the tank should be emptied and cleaned, no toxic gas in the tank should be tested and confirmed, no oxygen shortage can enter the tank, entering the tank should wear soft-soled shoes, fasten your seat belt and attach the other end of the belt to the top of the tank. Note that the tank is ventilated. Operation into the tank must be carried out under the supervision of personnel outside the tank. 2. To prevent tools from hitting the tank wall, use ladders, metal parts equal to the part of the tank wall contact to add soft cushion, to protect the inner wall from being split, contusion. 3. The external climbing ladder, cage, guardrail of frp storage tank should be carefully checked before climbing to ensure safety and reliability. Any abnormal condition is strictly forbidden to climb. 4. The tank top shall not be loaded at random during maintenance and external force shall not be applied on the nozzle. 5. FRP tanks for outdoor use after many years of use due to the surface layer of aging, resulting in resin layer peeling or fiber exposed. It is suggested that paint or resin should be applied on the surface of the tank every two or three years to prevent aging and prolong its service life. In the maintenance process, especially to pay attention to safety issues, must check all the equipment before the FRP tanks for maintenance.
